Requisition
- Create, develop, and close new/used sales and rentals within the assigned territory. Achieve sales volume, profit, and market share objectives.
- Maintain and develop the assigned territory, including customer lists and territory awareness of deals.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relations. Assist customers with equipment recommendations, financial analysis, and problem‑solving to fit their needs.
- Submit timely and accurate required sales/rental documentation.
- Submit required reports accurately and on time, including CRM entries, sales forecasts, market surveys or other information as requested.
- Continuously seek, update, and maintain knowledge on products, markets, applications, selling skills, and services available to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers, employees, and other business stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- College degree in marketing, business, or equivalent with proven sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and CRM software.
- Experience in heavy equipment sales, service, product, and/or marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Base pay: $36,000. Unlimited commission potential (no cap).
