Security Officer Patrol Mobile

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with management and/or public first responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help control access, support loss prevention efforts, and address customer and associate concerns in a professional manner;
Support closing and opening activities as assigned, including checking designated areas, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and helping to maintain order throughout the location
