Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and conduct screening of people, personal items, packages, and/or vehicles in accordance with site protocols.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.;
Document screening results, incidents, and unusual activity, and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or operational issues through appropriate channels.
