What You Get Roofing Installers: $22–$35/hr or per-square subcontracting rates

Board-Up Techs: $18–$24/hr + bonuses for emergency response

On-call pay incentives

What You Bring Roofing Installers:
Experienced in asphalt shingles; metal, EPDM, or TPO experience is a bonus

Emergency Techs:
Available for rotating on-call shifts (nights/weekends)
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation

Pass a background check

Strong work ethic & good communication skills
