We are searching for a motivated and skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry and have an extensive background in various types of pipe installation, repair, and maintenance. You will be working on diverse projects, both in new construction and renovation, where your expertise in reading blueprints and installing water supply, drain, waste, vent gas piping will be highly valued.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

- Reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Fitting and installing various types of pipes, including copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, steel, and Pex piping.
- Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying issues that need repair or replacement.
- Collaborating with the construction team and other tradespeople to ensure all specifications and regulations are met.
- Ensuring safety standards and building regulations are met at all times.
- Conducting regular maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
- Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring job site cleanliness.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and materials, including copper, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, steel, and Pex piping.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding building codes and specifications.
- Experience in installing water supply, drain, waste, and vent gas piping in both new construction and renovation projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Valid plumbing license or certification in accordance with local laws and regulations.
