Full Stack Software Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support our client located in Halethorpe, MD
. The Full Stack Software Engineer will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and modern full stack technologies. This role requires a hands‑on engineer who can independently plan, build, and deploy production‑grade systems that integrate AI agents into real business workflows.

• Design and implement AI agent systems using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain full stack applications leveraging Dataverse and modern backend frameworks.
• Build and optimize automation workflows to streamline logistics and operational processes.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude) into production systems for real-world use cases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Lead technical planning and architecture decisions for automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, test, and deploy scalable solutions with minimal oversight.

• Microsoft certification in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or related technologies.
• Proven, hands‑on experience building production-level Copilot Studio agents (not demos/tutorials).
• Strong full stack development experience with Dataverse and backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience integrating and using AI tools such as Claude in real applications.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a small, collaborative team environment.

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.
