Service Dispatcher - Tire Division (Dundalk, MD)

Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher at our Dundalk, MD location to support our Tire Division. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

• Schedule service repairs and dispatch Tire Technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines.
• Schedule and dispatch to ensure timely completion.
• Open work orders.
• Receive service requests from customers and coworkers.
• Work with Outside Sales representatives and other relevant departments.
• Enter information into the computer.
• Assist with paperwork and prepare reports.
• Additional administrative duties.

• Dispatch experience desired.
• Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Pleasant phone demeanor.
• Stable work history.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

A range of $21-$23/hr compensation is based on experience.
