Position Overview
Full‑time TRAX Driver in Hopkins County. Responsible for providing transportation services to individuals, including persons with disabilities, in a safe and timely manner; and operating and maintaining TRAX vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of vehicle operations.
- Must pass a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) approved drug test and criminal records check.
- Proficiency in vehicle operation.
- Verbal, people skills.
- Ability to think through situations, deal with problems constructively, and handle stress.
- Clean driving record; self‑motivated.
- Physical ability to see, hear, reach, stoop, bend, and lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Additional related education and experience in the areas listed above.
