CDL-A OTR Truck Driver — High Pay & Weekly Home Time

• Starting Pay:
• $0.70/mile
• $85,000 - $100,000+ per year
• Average Over 2,500 miles/week (Eastern Region + Texas Area)
• Consistent Routes
• Expected to stay out 10-14 days at a time

• Pay Range:
  • $0.95/mile
  • $115,000 - $125,000+ per year
• Average Over 5,000 miles/week
• Weekly home time
• Consistent Routes

• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (or 36 months within 5 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No serious violations (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, excessive speeding, leaving the scene, etc.)
• No more than:
• 2 at-fault accidents in the past 36 months
• 3 at-fault accidents in the past 60 months
• Must pass:
• DOT drug screen
• DOT physical (minimum 6-month certification)
• Company road test
