Are you looking for a stable, morning‑shift role with a busy local distributor? Our client is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join their operations team in Halethorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the daily distribution of food and beverage products, ensuring orders are handled with care and accuracy. • Operate a forklift to safely load, unload, and move pallets of snacks, beverages, and frozen goods throughout the warehouse.
• Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for route drivers, ensuring products are organized and ready for timely distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular cycle counts to maintain organized stock.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed daily.

• Previous experience operating a forklift (certification is a plus).
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to punctuality for the 6 AM start time.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as a member of a team.
• Work stationary for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
