Pay: $35-42 per hour (DOE)
About the Role
The Hire Mark is partnering with a Skilled Nursing Facility to hire a Full-Time Admissions Coordinator. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth admissions process and a positive experience for new residents and their families.
The Admissions Coordinator serves as a key liaison between referral sources, prospective residents, and internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
Conduct facility tours and pre-admission interviews
Clearly explain facility services, policies, and next steps
Receive and respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, fax, and in person
Collect and summarize referral information for team review
Collaborate with the Administrator and Wellness Nurse to assess admission suitability
Follow up with newly admitted residents to ensure satisfaction and smooth transition
Requirements
1–2 years of related experience (long-term care experience preferred)
Supervisory or admissions experience a plus
Understanding of healthcare reimbursement programs
Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
Insurable under company auto insurance policy
Strong professionalism, accountability, and ethical judgment
