This Customer Service Representative ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles inquiries with professionalism, and keeps customers updated on order and project status. The Customer Service Representative will help strengthen client relationships by resolving concerns efficiently, documenting interactions accurately, and sharing important feedback with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages promptly, providing clear answers and helpful guidance.
• Place outbound calls when needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, and keep clients informed of progress.
• Enter and update customer orders with accuracy, ensuring records remain complete and current.
• Communicate project and order status to clients in a timely manner to maintain confidence and transparency.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Escalate or relay client feedback and unresolved matters to the appropriate internal team members for follow-through.
• Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions, account updates, and service outcomes.
• Support a high-volume service environment while balancing responsiveness, accuracy, and quality of care.
