Project Coordinator
:
Coordinate architectural design and development for hospitality and resort projects, including large-scale hotel, resort villa, and amenity space developments. Develop project objectives, requirements, and schedules in coordination with ownership and project managers. Conduct studies on architectural feasibility, cost analysis, space planning, and unit layout optimization during the schematic and design development phases of projects. Coordinate the drafting of architectural drawings, test fits, layout studies, and 3D massing models produced by Architectural Designers using software such as AutoCAD and Rhinoceros.
Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interiors) to align architectural designs with technical requirements and ensure compliance with state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances. Oversee entitlement and permitting documentation, including zoning review, code analysis, and agency coordination. Conduct site visits to ensure contractors follow the design, adhere to the schedule, use specified materials, and meet work-quality standards.
Stay abreast of the technological advances and industry trends in architecture in order to ensure effective architectural project management and implementation.
Requirements:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, QGIS. Incidental Travel, 1% of the time, not more than several days a few times a year throughout Southern California.
Salary: $74,485.00 per year
