Arcadia Playschool is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team in Arcadia, CA! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a nurturing and playful environment.

• Support lead teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for preschool-aged children
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, and transitions
• Assist with the development and implementation of early childhood curriculum
  
  Communicate openly and positively with parents and guardians regarding child progress
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space
• Observe and document child behavior and developmental milestones

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ECE units or Child Development coursework preferred
• Prior experience working with preschool or early childhood age groups
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
