Hospice Home Health Aide CHHA Per Diem

Angel Care Hospice and Palliative is currently seeking experienced Hospice Aides (CHHAs) that are able to provide amazing care for our patients and their families. Our patients reside in their own residences, assisted living facilities or nursing homes throughout Southern California. Our Hospice HHAs are able to maintain a flexible schedule and communicate directly with patients and caregivers to coordinate their visit schedules.

Knowledge of Hospice MD software for documentation is preferred. The CHHAs we are looking for would have excellent communication and time management skills; with an emphasis on superior bedside manners. The key component with this position is schedule flexibility in order to accommodate patient visits on a weekly/biweekly frequencies.

Angel Care Hospice & Palliative is teamwork driven! We go "above and beyond" to assist our families during a very difficult and emotional time. Our entire hospice team works together to ensure that our patients and their loved ones receive the very best care and service possible. Our Hospice CHHAs are able to rely upon the RN Case Managers and office support staff to assist with answering questions and offering guidance.
