We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiting Sourcer to support talent acquisition initiatives by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across a variety of positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Perform candidate outreach through email, messaging, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Review resumes and candidate profiles to evaluate qualifications, experience, and transferable skills.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted sourcing plans.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline metrics, and recruiting progress to support reporting and workforce planning.
  • Research industry trends, labor markets, and competitor organizations to identify new talent pools.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and engage passive candidates to generate interest in opportunities.
  • Coordinate candidate communications and assist with scheduling as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects to support talent acquisition objectives.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role.
  • Experience utilizing Linked In Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Strong research and candidate identification skills.
  • Excellent written communication and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to assess candidate profiles and identify alignment with position requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software platforms.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts within engineering, construction, technical, manufacturing, or corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and sourcing best practices.
