Compensation

This is a non‑exempt position, with a monthly salary of $3,150 during the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to $3,500 per month.

Role Summary

The Client Support – Point of Sale role is a fully onsite position, 5 days a week. It involves interacting directly with clients, supporting the sales effort, and troubleshooting our systems. The standard shift is from 10:00 AM PST to 7:00 PM PST
, with a preferred shift from 11:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM PST
. A technical background is required, with client‑facing work and remote troubleshooting for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, install, and configure software & hardware for deployment
  • Onboard and train new users for newly deployed software and hardware
  • Perform remote troubleshooting over the phone and through remote control tools
  • Identify and analyze issues for software and/or hardware
  • Partner with the Operations and Sales departments to provide the best solution for POS inquiries
  • Collect feedback from end‑users and work with the Development team for future product improvement
  • Assist in inventory tracking and management
Qualifications
  • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire (EEV® employer)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin-Chinese is required, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, detail‑oriented, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to actively listen to clients and interact in a friendly, patient manner
  • Take initiative to solve problems effectively
  • Self‑motivated to learn new systems and product installation
  • Accomplish tasks before deadlines and be detail‑oriented
  • Work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
