PWe are a growing Managed Services Provider hiring a System Administrator Tier 2.5 to support client environments across Microsoft cloud, Windows Server, networking, virtualization, firewalls, and infrastructure projects

What You Will Work On- Resolve escalated support issues across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, firewalls, and client infrastructure
- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra , Azure, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access
- Troubleshoot routing, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, wireless, switching, connectivity, and LAN/WAN issues
- Support virtualization, backup systems, server deployments, workstation deployments, and infrastructure upgrades
- Contribute to project and deployment work, including migrations, refreshes, network upgrades, and client site implementations
- Assist with low voltage cabling, rack work, hardware installations, and onsite infrastructure setup as part of project delivery
- Help improve troubleshooting steps, technical documentation, and escalation quality across the service team
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements that strengthen client stability
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams while maintaining ownership through resolution
- Recent experience working for a Managed Services Provider
- Hands on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra , and Azure
- Working knowledge of virtualization, backups, firewalls, switches, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across servers, cloud, endpoints, networking, and security
- Experience supporting client projects, deployments, migrations, upgrades, or infrastructure improvements
- Familiarity with low voltage cabling or hands on cabling work in client environments
- Strong documentation, communication, ownership, and follow-through
- Comfortable supporting client environments in a small team MSP setting
- Willingness to assist with onsite work and local client travel when needed
- Salary up to $100,000
