Beyond go-live, the role supports the pilot, maintains integrations and reporting, and helps transition day-to-day ownership to the internal Operations Training & Learning Design team.

Responsibilities:

LMS Configuration & System Design:

  • Translate business and learning requirements into the Wisetail system structure, including user roles, permissions, groups, locations, content types, tags, naming standards, and navigation.
  • Configure assignments, notifications, certifications, automations, and other platform settings.
  • Document configuration decisions and recommend practical solutions within established project goals.
  • Coordinate with Wisetail and internal partners to identify integration needs, troubleshoot configuration issues, and keep the implementation aligned with the launch timeline.

Content Migration & Library Organization

  • Inventory, map, clean, and prepare learning content, completion histories, and supporting files from Schoox and Google Drive for migration.
  • Apply approved naming conventions, tags, metadata, ownership, version control, and archive rules to create a consistent, searchable library.
  • Coordinate imports and validate the accuracy of learning content and records.
  • Reconcile exceptions and resolve migration issues with vendors and internal content owners.

Develop Learning Programs

  • Build and maintain courses, curricula, learning paths, assignments, certifications, due dates, reminders, and audience rules based on approved program designs.
  • Partner with instructional designers and program owners to upload, organize, and quality-check media, documents, and eLearning packages before release.

Testing & Launch Support

  • Create test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing for permissions, assignments, automations, content, integrations, notifications, reporting, and mobile access.
  • Track defects and decisions, coordinate resolution with Wisetail and internal partners, and confirm fixes through retesting.
  • Support pilot and enterprise launch activities, including readiness checks, learner and administrator communications, issue triage, and launch status reporting.

Post-Launch Support

  • Manage routine LMS administration, access requests, data corrections, content updates, and escalated support issues within agreed service expectations.
  • Produce automated and customized reports.
  • Monitor data quality and system performance and identify opportunities to improve the learner and administrator experience.
