Contract Position- 1099 worker

In this role you will work to provide a genuine experience to customers with professionalism, poise, and patience. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and compliance are a must for this role.

The Driver will work to deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. This person will be responsible for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and inventory management.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders for delivery, ensuring products are handled with care.
• Collaborate with the team to improve delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
• Maintain inventory accurately and help organize when needed
• Help maintain office, supplies and other ad hoc office duties

Salary

$17 - $18 USD per hour

Required Skills

• - Must be 21 years or older to comply with cannabis regulations.
• - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• - Basic knowledge of cannabis products and their effects
• - Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Able to work Word and Excel is mandatory!
• - Reliable transportation for deliveries, punctual, with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
• - Ability to navigate using GPS and manage delivery routes efficiently
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills

• - Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• - Familiarity with local cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

• - A passion for cannabis and a commitment to educating customers about its benefits.
