* What we're looking for:

*** General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.
* Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
** Benefits and Pay Range**:

The pay range for this position is $15 - 17.25 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
* Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
