Job Overview
Ground keeper – Sandy, UT
Wasatch Property Management
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.25/hr
Responsibilities- Enhance and beautify our community!
- Build rapport with residents.
- Respond to service needs and make ready schedule.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Amenity appearance – maintain great curb appeal!
- Detail oriented and task-focused individual.
- Strong communicator.
- Personable and confident customer service professional with a “Resident First” mindset.
- A team player.
- Organized and accountable.
- General interest in custodial/maintenance work and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment such as blowers and power washers.
- Follow detailed oral/written instructions.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.
