You will uphold Windsor Hospitality’s brand standards and core values — Growth, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and Teamwork (GRIT) — in every aspect of your work.

  • Maintain the hotel by performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities using hand tools and power tools.
  • Replace air conditioner filters and perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
  • Tend to furnace, air conditioner, and boiler systems as needed to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.
  • Notify management of the need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
  • Respond promptly to work requests from hotel guests and senior management within the required timeframe; document all requests and actions taken.
  • Execute assigned tasks, projects, or programs as directed by Engineering management, ensuring completion competently and within the given timeframe.
  • Maintain uniform and name badge standards at all times while working on property.
  • Support and adhere to Windsor Hospitality’s core values, mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy.
SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU BRING

  • Ability to work to precise measurements and inspect work to ensure it conforms to requirements.
  • Spatial reasoning to visualize how a finished repair or installation will look or function.
