Staff RN – Medical Surgical Telemetry, Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing patient care
• Demonstrates competence in critical behaviors for assigned area
• Understand and participate in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program
• Direct care provided by other nursing staff and students

• Associate degree in nursing required
• Current RN licensure in the State of California required
• ACLS certification required when appropriate
• BLS certification required
• Possess basic computer skills required
• Current RN experience in assigned area of Nursing preferred
• One-year acute care experience preferred

Demonstrates expertise in patient care planning and implementation, with a strong focus on performance improvement and leadership in nursing practices. Holds essential certifications and licensure to ensure high-quality care in acute settings.
