Staff RN, North Nights

Responsibilities

• Accountable to the unit Manager and/or the Director of the department
• Adherence to identified nursing standards of practice
• Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates each patient’s nursing care
• Responsible for the nursing care provided by LVN, CNA, nursing student, and/or logistics technician
• Understanding and participating in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program
• Demonstrates positive attitude and supportive teamwork

• Associate degree in nursing
• A current RN licensure in the State of California is required
• Possess basic computer skills, required
• A registered nurse with current RN experience in the specific service or department is preferred
• One-year acute care experience, preferred

Demonstrates expertise in nursing care planning, implementation, and evaluation while adhering to established nursing standards. Possesses strong teamwork and communication skills to support patient care and performance improvement initiatives.
