This is a full-time, on-site role located in Arcadia, CA, for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensure exceptional customer service is provided, and lead the store team to meet sales and performance goals. Responsibilities include managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and creating a positive shopping experience. The Store Manager will also assist in staff training and development while fostering a cohesive and motivated team.

• Demonstrated expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
• Strong ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for team leadership, customer interactions, and conflict resolution
• Experience in coaching and training a team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail operations
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is an advantage
