Part‑Time Sales Lead – Santa Anita, Arcadia, CA

Fabletics is currently seeking a Part‑Time Sales Lead to manage and lead the store at Santa Anita, Arcadia, CA.

Step into the role of Sales Lead and take charge of delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting both sales and operations with cutting‑edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores.

• The position reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody our culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.

• Actively engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function.

• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.

• Provide training and feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed performance goals.

• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.

• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.

• Provide feedback to continuously improve the business.

• Strive for excellence meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.

• Serve as a resource for product knowledge.

• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.

• Maintain safety and security standards, identify and communicate potential issues.

• Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior management experience is a plus.

• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.

• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.

• Ability to work with large teams.

• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to take initiative.

• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.

• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.

• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.

• Flexibility in work hours; open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

• Able to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, moving, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Flexible schedule with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays; onsite work required.

• Hourly salary of $18.00–$20.00 depending on experience.
