Position Title(s): Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor

  • Open availability, including hours to open/close the store (mornings, days, nights).
  • Minimum standard work week of 5 days.
  • Average standard work week of 44 hours, with increases during peak periods (e.g., Holiday, Back-to-School).
• Supervisor
  • Availability during hours to open/close (mornings, days, nights).
  • Minimum of 5 days of availability.
  • Minimum standard of 30 hours per week.
• All Management
  • Availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Punctuality and regular attendance per company policies.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff.
  • Must read/write English and perform business-related mathematics to review reports.
  • May require ability to relocate within the company's network based on operational needs and career growth.

• Prolonged standing (approximately five to 14 hours per day).
• During peak sales periods, long hours may be required.
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
