Job Overview

Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

The schedule varies weekly, with expectations of 12–16 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours may increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
