Bath & Body Works - - Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.;
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, conducting demonstrations, and making personalized recommendations.;
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.;
Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing purchases and maintaining a neat, stocked checkout area.;
Support product replenishment and uphold brand standards to keep the store full and appealing.;
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.;
Maintain physical activity requirements such as standing, walking, reaching, lifting; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
