We are seeking an Account Executive – Territory to grow and maintain business in our West Covina/Arcadia region. This position is ideal for an outside seller who enjoys building customer relationships. Prior experience in print and/or digital advertising is a plus.

The Account Executive – Territory promotes and sells Penny Saver products within an assigned geographic area. Responsibilities include prospecting, pursuing sales leads, visiting customers, assessing needs, and recommending print and digital products. The role requires strong customer relationship management and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Summary: This B2B field sales position involves generating advertising revenue by assessing customer needs and recommending  products. It includes establishing and maintaining accounts, cold calling, and growing the existing account base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales performance objectives, including revenue and account growth.
  • Acquire new customers within the territory and develop marketing strategies.
  • Retain and expand existing accounts through professional account management and in-field service.
  • Maintain good account standing with timely collections and contract execution.
  • Deliver high-quality advertising with less than 1% error rate.
  • Develop local presence by attending merchant and Chamber of Commerce meetings.
  • Adhere to production deadlines, copy requirements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow all sales policies and participate in training and meetings.
