Client Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor position at CH Jewelers / Time Vallee in Arcadia, CA. The Client Advisor role focuses on building and strengthening client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include client engagement, hospitality, sales support, and effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM tools
• Provide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirements
• Achieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clients
• Identify innovative ways to grow and develop business by focusing on key product pillars
• Collaborate with your co‑workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience
• Elevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.

• Knowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality services

The offered pay rate will be based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
