Sales Director; PaaS Insurance London Market

Sales Director (PaaS for Insurance Sector), London Market Role summary:

Lead the expansion of the PaaS solutions within the London insurance market, driving adoption of MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) to help carriers, brokers, and MGAs modernize their platforms and deliver composable digital experiences.

• Build and deepen strategic relationships with London Market insurers, brokers, and MGAs.
• Position the modular PaaS products as the backbone for digital transformation in insurance, highlighting benefits of microservices scalability, API-first integration, cloud-native resilience, and headless flexibility.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the regulatory, operational, and competitive dynamics of the insurance sector.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings align with insurance-specific needs (underwriting, claims, distribution).
• Own (and meet or exceed) sales targets in the London Market.
• Proven track record in SaaS/PaaS sales, specifically within the Lloyd’s and London Market – insurance technology.
• Understanding of MACH principles and their relevance to insurance platforms.
• Strong network and credibility within the London Market ecosystem.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business outcomes for insurers and intermediaries.
• Executive presence, consultative selling skills, and experience navigating complex enterprise deals.

Reports directly to the EMEA Head of Sales. Initially operating in a lean team, which will scale over time.
