Pay Range: $17.60 - $24.62 per hour. Additional compensation may include a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.

The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every Lens Crafters store. The role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct optical measurements using appropriate tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators; basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology & change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
