Solaris Health Care Charlotte Harbor is now hiring for an evening, 3-11pm Supervisor. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide outstanding care to our residents each and every day. Must be able to work mostly weekends, Fri/Sat/Sun. Solaris Health Care Charlotte Harbor is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Charlotte Florida.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
- Assisting at meals
- Following infection control and center policies
- Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
- Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Certification by the State
