What does a Residential Home Salesperson do?- Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
- List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
- Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers fall in love with a home
- Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients’ interests
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to a successful closing
- Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
The requirements are straightforward. Here’s all we ask:
- Be 18 years or older
- Willing to obtain a Florida real estate salesperson license (we’ll guide you through every step)
- Complete Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty residential sales training — fully provided at no cost to you
- If you’re personable, driven, and willing to learn, we’ll handle the rest.
- Full-service in-house Marketing Group — graphic designers, digital specialists, Luxury Ambassadors, and a print shop dedicated to making your listings stand out and your personal brand shine
- Principal Broker for Cartus Relocation — the world’s leader in relocation and affinity services, connecting you with home buyers relocating into Arcadia who are ready to purchase
- Home Hub — a branded app that stays connected to your clients after closing, keeping you top-of-mind for their next home sale and every referral in between
