** Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; overtime available

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

+ Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and complete corrective repairs.

+ Assist with the installation, modification, and maintenance of facility equipment and systems.

+ Review and complete assigned work orders while accurately tracking progress through maintenance systems.

+ Support multiple facilities within a 25-mile radius while ensuring compliance with safety and building code requirements.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma with 5-7 years of maintenance experience.

+ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a commercial or industrial environment.

+ Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to support multiple sites.

+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and work order management systems.
