Role Specifics

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform and supervise high-complexity testing across core disciplines—clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and transfusion medicine—coordinate specimen processing, instrument maintenance, and quality assurance activities. You will operate and troubleshoot analyzers, perform method validation and verification, and ensure accuracy through rigorous quality control and timely reporting to clinicians. You will participate in proficiency testing, root-cause analyses, and process improvement projects, contributing to standardization efforts that elevate lab performance and patient safety.
