Requirements:

• Active California CLS or MLS license (required at submission)
• Minimum 4 years of Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience
• TB clearance completed within the past 12 months
• Ability to work flexible shifts (shift details discussed upon submission)
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, protocols, and quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across multiple disciplines (generalist role)
• Accurately analyze, document, and report laboratory results
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements
• Utilize CPSI/Evident EMR system for documentation and reporting
• Participate in holiday and on-call coverage as required
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care
