Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients through a hybrid model (telemedicine and in-person).
- Conduct Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations for General Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder.
- Manage psychopharmacological treatment for psychiatric diagnosed conditions.
- Offer medication‑assisted treatment to those with OUD.
- Provide supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and patient‑centered treatments.
- Coordinate care between psych, substance use treatment and medical integration.
- Document validated rating scales and treatment plans.
- Assist in care coordination for patients.
- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided.
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advance Practice Provider (For NPs: PMHNP Required) (For PA-Cs: CAQ in Psych preferred).
- DEA License.
- Bilingual-English and Spanish (preferred).
- A patient-first mindset.
