Responsibilities- Overall cleanliness of the community including grounds and common area amenities
- Complete service requests in a timely fashion
- Prepare apartment homes at turnover for new residents
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Weekend and periodic on-call required
