• Active California RN license (Registered Nurse)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Negative TB screen within the past 12 months
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Utilization Review or Utilization Management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Perform utilization review and utilization management for assigned hospital units
• Support training and onboarding of new staff in utilization management processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and resource utilization
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives as needed
