RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in Pre-Op/PACU department with 40 hours guaranteed per week

• Some call responsibilities (shared among staff)

• Must maintain current California RN license

• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS

• TB clearance must be completed within 12 months of starting work

• Provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia care for surgical patients

• Monitor patients during recovery from anesthesia and surgical procedures

• Assess patient vital signs and comfort levels during recovery phase

• Coordinate with surgical team and anesthesiologists for optimal patient care
