Roles & Responsibilities   Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform rapid triage, assessment, and stabilization in a fast-paced ER environment
Administer medications, monitor patient status, and intervene when needed
Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record
Adhere to infection control practices and facility policies to keep patients and staff safe
Support patient and family education during stressful emergency situations
Qualifications   Active California RN license required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of contract start required
Previous emergency department experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills   Strong emergency nursing fundamentals and triage assessment skills
Comfort with rapid decision-making and critical thinking under pressure
Proficiency in basic and advanced life support protocols
Clear communication and teamwork in urgent care situations
Accurate clinical documentation and time management
