Required:
2 Years - Weekly Pay: $2000 to $2200
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards
- Support patient recovery and promote positive health outcomes
- Active RN License in California
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced acute care setting
