• Deliver post‑anesthesia recovery and pre‑operative/PACU care to patients, including monitoring vitals and airway status.
• Assess pain levels, provide comfort measures, administer medications as ordered, and document patient status accurately.
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to ensure safe patient transitions to the next care phase or discharge.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized PACU/pre‑op area; adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about care plans, expectations, and follow‑up steps.
• Document procedures, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record in a timely, compliant manner.

• Active California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• TB clearance completed within 12 months of starting work
• Ability to work in a PACU/pre‑operative setting and manage post‑anesthesia recovery
• PACU or perioperative nursing experience preferred
• Willingness to participate in rotating shifts and shared call as required
