Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med-surg Adult Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join our team and provide care for adult patients in the medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, excellent clinical skills, and a desire to travel and explore new locations while advancing their career as a nurse.

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the medical-surgical unit
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care for adult patients
• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Monitoring patient progress and vital signs, and reporting any changes to healthcare team
• Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
• Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to travel to different locations for assignments
