Registered Nurse - Emergency Room; ER RN

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week, guaranteed

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum five years' experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• At least two years' prior management or supervisory background in emergency services
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• TB clearance completed within the past twelve months
• Strong communication, decision-making, and collaborative leadership abilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring optimal patient flow, care quality, and regulatory compliance
• Supervise, mentor, and support ER clinical staff; provide guidance on best practices and policy implementation
• Evaluate and improve departmental workflows to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
• Serve as a liaison with medical staff, ancillary departments, and administration on matters affecting ER performance
• Coordinate with the education team for ongoing staff education and competency assessments
• Lead by example in crisis response, resource management, and fostering a patient-centered care environment
