- Assisting surgeons during operative and invasive procedures while maintaining a sterile field
- Monitoring patient status throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
- Coordinating care with physicians, surgical staff, and anesthesia providers
- Thoroughly documenting surgical procedures and patient outcomes
- Managing surgical instruments and equipment to ensure optimal workflow
- Adhering to rigorous safety and infection control protocols
- Supporting patient advocacy and educating patients and families as needed
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years' Operating Room RN experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred - Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic surgical settings
