• Assisting surgeons during operative and invasive procedures while maintaining a sterile field
• Monitoring patient status throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Coordinating care with physicians, surgical staff, and anesthesia providers
• Thoroughly documenting surgical procedures and patient outcomes
• Managing surgical instruments and equipment to ensure optimal workflow
• Adhering to rigorous safety and infection control protocols
• Supporting patient advocacy and educating patients and families as needed

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' Operating Room RN experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic surgical settings
