- Manage chronic pain and perform chart closure within 72 hours
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
- Follow clinic protocols related to medication prescribing and patient management
- Adhere to licensure and certification requirements for controlled substances
- Maintain accurate records for credentialing and compliance
Required:
- Valid PA certification with CA Controlled Substance Certification OR NP with Furnishing License and Schedules II
- Active DEA license before start date
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar clinical settings
- Immunizations including flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap (current within last 10 years)
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8-5
- Experience with chronic pain management
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
